Andrea is the perfect example of career progression and experience within dentistry. In 2001, Andrea started her career as a dental nurse and progressed into head nurse and treatment coordinator in 2002 in London. She moved to Manchester for a degree in Medical Biochemistry in late 2002 and after completion continued in Dental School where she obtained a degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy finally qualifying in 2008.

Since 2008, Andrea has had exposure and experience with ample multidisciplinary dental teams and treatments. Andrea has integrated science and academic knowledge into dentistry allowing her to provide caring and tailored dental care for patients with gum disease and needs for fillings. She has always had a nag for composite (white) fillings giving her the nickname in dental school of ‘Composite Queen.’

At present she is completing a postgraduate diploma in mastering aesthetic composites with the one of the most reputable and renown UK providers of aesthetic dentistry. In fact, Andrea is well known in the industry because she is ‘always in a course’ and looking for the most advance and contemporaneous dental knowledge.

A fun fact about Andrea is that she is an Argentinian Tango dancer since 2002 and has travelled all over the world to dance and was a finalist in a European competition in 2019 ending in 11th place. Andrea also enjoys rock climbing, travelling and languages. She has taken the challenge of learning Italian now which makes her 4th language.
